4worldlovers: This parking garage is a scam. I paid for my parking using Spot Hero, parked overnight and then when I tried to leave in the morning the garage would not open. I called their customer service line and the agent screamed at me, demanded I pay another fee in order to leave, and threatened me. I paid the fee to leave and reported it to spot hero. DO NOT PARK HERE. These folks are criminals.

This garage was very nice to park in, convenient, and fairly empty, but we got stuck exiting and almost had to call 911 to get us out because the payment portal wouldn’t read my card, no matter which way I inserted. When we tried to call assistance using the button provided on the machine, the calls kept dropping and it took about ten tries to actually reach somebody. Not sure if this is a problem anyone else has dealt with here but I’ve never had this issue in any other garage.

Called to make sure booking online would guarentee a spot and they said yes. Booked online, got a spot, and no issues. Paid $16 for a friday night, a bit much but the place we went had no valet. Overall can't complain, it was very easy!

Good parking garage but rates say 0-8 hours at $14. And $26 thereafter. I still got charged the$26 even I left before the 8 hour mark. Never going there again!
